Overdrive Read format is not a selected formatted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Checkout an item by selecting Overdrive Read format

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the my account checkout list, we should see a Download Overdrive Read link 
and no Select format link. However, we see a Select format link, which implies 
that even after selecting the Overdrive Read format, the Overdrive system does 
not regard a downloadable format has been selected for the item.

A possible fix is to not list Overdrive Read as a selectable format in the 
checkout dialogue.
