In place hold form, auto-focus on place hold/check out button #43

When the place hold form is shown, there are several input fields in the busy 
screen; none of them have focus. The best choice is to place focus on the place 
hold/check out link, since this will be the most likely action by the user.

Actually, the search bar has the focus by default.
