In the checkout action dialogue, provide a way for user to unselect a format #44

The format selection is one or more radio buttons. Once the user has checked a 
radio button, there is no way to reverse the decision and go back to checking 
out an item without selecting a format.

A radio button that allows the user to select no formats would be nice to have. 
It could show after the user has made a selection, but otherwise is hidden.
