Adding link direct to Overdrive from E-items Checked Out and E-items on Hold tab

Can we have a link direct to Overdrive from each line in checked out and hold, 
to allow the user to go direct to their Overdrive account (can we pass login 
information or do users have to re-sign in?). Either way, this gives users the 
ability to go to the account to perform overdrive only functions such as renew, 
etc.

Direct links are now included in the Availability column of both checkout and 
hold lists. The links are simply repeats of what are found in the search result 
list. This means the user will have to log into Overdrive again.

It's possible that we can bypass the login sequence, but there will be 
complications.

Also, the download URL is probably specific to library sites. We may need a 
configuration parameter to capture the specific URL.

Can we have the wording change for these links to say "Link to Overdrive 
Account to change preferences". It's ok if the user has to sign in again.
