The hold or checkout list for e-items is generated from the same list for 
printed items. On receiving the page and before receiving Overdrive 
information, in which there could be a delay, the browser will show the 
original page before it is modified with Overdrive content.

This is disconcerting to the user. Is there any way for the original page to 
not show?
