Bidirectional highlight conversion #8

Username highlights should be converted bidirectionally.

For example, if an IRC bot nick is highlighted, it should automatically append an @ symbol when sent to Telegram. Similarly, the @ symbol should be removed when sent from Telegram to IRC.
