'use' is doubling the PATH env var #277

The dups seem to go away after UI restart.

Actually, it appears as though the path only is duplicated in the use windows spawned, not at the system level. New prompts don't seem to have the problem.

This doesn't appear to be an issue after all. All changes are within the new CLI windows that are spawned.
