Add a button in berrybrew UI to fetch for new Perl instances

berrybrew already has a command line option "berrybrew fetch" to update the list of available perl instances.

Can we have a button on the berrybrew UI that will perform this same action ?

Also note that you need elevated privileges to run the "berrybrew fetch" option ( also there is a typo in the word privileges )

You need to be running with elevated prvileges to run this command

This is definitely something I'll do, and is a good idea. I just loaded up my berrybrew development systems today for some other work, so I should be able to incorporate this quickly. The UI itself runs under admin privileges, so the fetch itself will too if run from there.
