Fix async reply multiple posting #2

Looks like when replying multiple times to the same post, the second reply will post more than once (saw 3 replies)

fixed in dev by unbinding the submit handler at the end of the submit handler.

or maybe not.. seemed to work the first time

Ok, works better when unbound before it is set..
