Would be great, but we need to be more specific. A reference implementation of ...... SIS? LA? MP? LMS?

Pro's for reference implementations:

quickstart for new parties
If I am a new LA, then I need a SIS, LMS and MP to test. WOuld be great if they are there out-of-the box

I assume that most new parties will be LA's, so start with that ? Can the project team help to find time/funding?
