upgrade to latest Morse #148

I have seen that morse had quite some updates, including a better human simulator. Has anyone looked at it @kunzel @cburbridge ? Can we update?

Morse 1.4 has just been released: http://www.openrobots.org/morse/doc/stable/what_new.html

I think we should adopt this, also as we need a better human model for our work... Opinios? @hawesie @kunzel @cdondrup
