Double and triple the following things in the data:

Chase:

[x] Which candidates are in/out
[x] Candidate spelling
[x] Candidate party
[x] Candidate district
[x] Candidate incumbency

C.J.:

Before/on filing day, we should:

[ ] Be sure Politics agrees with this
[ ] Check these people's fund-raising totals to be sure they don't pass over our threshold

Checked over all of our lists and changed several things (mostly toggling folks who are in/out). You should do the same, and if you seen any discrepancies, mark them here!
