Hi, Can I use the spreed-webrtc on a Raspberry 3? If yes, are their any tutorials or build instructions which can help me with this project? Maybe I can use this Docker repo https://hub.docker.com/r/toughiq/spreed-webrtc/ to deploy spreed-webrtc?

Of course you can. Build instructions are in the README.md file and they work the same also for the Raspberry Pi 3.
