As a Web Surfer I want to follow an octothorpes server via rss to see when new terms get created

Marked as bug because I followed https://octothorp.es/~/octothorpes/rss successfully, but then never got updates after first batch

FIXED THIS

Reopening because everything still gets the date of Friday April 12.

I'm seeing <octo:created> here

and the hardcoded date in the rss script

and wondering if the created value just isn't getting passed? Separately, wondering setting date to "today" as a fallback wouldn't be a terrible kludge in the meantime?
