Ok, I 100% approve the wording on the doc

This is everything that remains to do

Text tasks

These definitely need to happen to submit

[x] put the attached text "Network demo" at octothorp.es/about or if you want it at a different url, update the link in the project summary
[x] Add anything technical you feel is necessary to that there text
[x] upload attached docs as appendicies

these should happen some time before we expect them to look at our shit

[x] add octothorpedwordpress.com to the list of approved sites because stupid wordpress reasons
- [x] nim to hook up actual site when the janky service he signed up for finishes activating his account
[x] etcha-sketch the DB -- I've removed all the pages that oofed the #octothorpes cruft
[x] re-hook up dem backlinks
[x] octothorpes show up as undefined on hashtags.rdf.systems Network demo.md Roadmap.pdf Technical Challenges.pdf
