Octothorpes should open nutshell-like tooltips when clicked by default, with a hook to override default behavior

• server titles link to server's base URL

• yaks links to index of all yaks octothorpes on that server

• view all > expands list to show all entries on the server

Override defaults

• [ ] The script config should include a flag to override the default behavior with a custom function
• [ ] A common override would be to grab the returned JSON and send it to another url, so specifying a redirect URL should also be a method to override the default click behavior
