The field "address" in creating a new organisation should be properly validated #444

During creation of a new organisation the field "Address" is required. To avoid confusion and make sure user understands the field should be filled-in with an e-mail address accurate field validation according to the RFC should be added or Django e-mail validation instance should be used.
