The list of participants needs to be visible for the organization #454

In order to know how many people and who joined my offer As an organization I want to see the list of participants in offer's details page.

AC The list is displayed The list is visible only for admin and the event's creator

The list of volunteers participating in an offer is currently visible only in the archived section.

as a user from another organization I can see all users in offer.

this is really strange, I cannot see anything like that neither on my event nor on any other. do you have any idea why it might be like that? I am accessing through http://volontuloapp.org
