Strefa wolontariusza links 'Przyjdź na dyżur' page doesn't exist yet and hopefully it will have /office url

What tests do I need to run to validate this change:

check that strefa volontariusza in footer looks like here; https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/15927677/13350491/9c9365d0-dc80-11e5-9d90-d17bc79de9df.png and its links works
