Add Laravel 11.x support #127

@m0stwan1ed Thanks for working on this. Can you please update your PR to merge to the development branch? There are some other changes related to testing that I've been holding until a functional change is required. This seems like a good opportunity for that release.

Laravel 11 also changes how middleware is registered. That's going to require some updates to the wiki. I'd like to bring that up to date before making an actual release as well.
