added day-12 content #291

Wrt the the issue #272. Added the content of day 12 which includes the topic of dynamic memory allocation. The following updation has been made:

Added the folder day-12 in .\docs and in .\static\img\
Added the markdown content in the day-12 folder.
This includes 3 markdown files Introduction to dma, dma in c++ and problems in dma.
Added the related images in static\img\day12 folder.

The modifications have been checked by running the repository remotely and it is working perfectly. Screenshot 2024-06-12 230725
