Add day-18 Linked List #377

Fixes issue #333 .

I have added the content of Day -18 which is in .\docs and in .\static\img\ file.
added two markdown files Linked List in cpp and Operation in linked list in doc folder and added image in static/imag file.
Also edited some files as there were errors and now the repository is working properly , Checked it in by running the repository remotely.
