What is this?

StarChart shows a map of the night sky with stars, planets, sun, and moon.

How to use?

StarChart is not part of the Sugar desktop, but is often added. Please refer to;

How to upgrade?

On Sugar desktop systems;

• use My Settings, Software Update, or;
• use Browse to open activities.sugarlabs.org, search for StarChart, then download.

How to integrate?

StarChart depends on Python 2, Sugar Toolkit, and GTK 2.

StarChart is started by Sugar.

What's wrong?

StarChart has a few problems;

• yet to be completely ported to GTK+ 3,
• yet to be completely ported to Python 3,
• has astronomy data that is out of date.

Work is needed to fix these problems.
