In the graphics options i cant use DLSS, only AMD FSR. which is odd since my GPU is a 3060ti so it doesnt even support fsr...

All brands of GPUs support FSR, depending on the age but even really old cards can use it. To use DLSS, follow the instructions on the releases page.
