Can't access console #149

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but the console (~) seems to have been disabled. I see that this RTX version replaces the original options menu, and I remember needing to check an additional box to enable the console on the original game. Having console access would be quite helpful for troubleshooting.

Console is enabled via -console. And it only opens in the game, not in the menu.
