Ladders broken with controllers #183

Ladders don't seem to function on controller, unless I press "S" on the keyboard. It has to be done with every newly loaded section. Not sure why this is.

@willguitar100 I am experiencing this issue as well on win 10 with wireless Xbox one controller. What is your "s" key mapped to? Pressing "s" does not fix the issue for me

I mapped S to the select button on my controller I think. I would press it whenever I walked up a ladder and it would fix it until loading a new zone. I did this with the Steam big picture overlay, since the Steam Input mode is broken on normal desktop Steam for me.
