Backport non RTX improvements #199

Could there be a chance to backport the non RTX related improvements into normal xash? Such as the menu map backgrounds, the chapter title cards, added props and such? There is no need for those to be locked into the RTX repo which btw doesn't launch in non RTX cards which is why I am making this request

They were always supported in Xash3D.

Make a Half-Life mod. It's not something a game engine should do.
