It says "Can't find physical device with rtx support", but I have a Nvidia RTX 2080 SUPER

Update video driver. Check if other games with RT support work, preferably Vulkan RT like Quake II RTX.

Also may not be supported on old OSes like Windows 7.

I have a Windows 11 and I tried Minecraft and Minecraft RTX works so I'll try Quake

if you also have an integrated graphics card, remember to force it to run with the nvidia card.
