[cmake-mac-clang] Reduce mac cross-built binaries size by more than 70% #1121

After @quangvu3 upgrade to use latest SDK cross built mac binaries size was reduced to less than 50% than they were on our latest release. With this they drop down by more than 70% from the size they had on our latest release (steps on #1118) Latest release (Yamagata 7.0.0) @quangvu3 SDK upgrade including this patch
