Upload release cross compiled binaries for all OS upon each PR merged.
We should drop windows and linux 32 bit releases since ubuntu and most popular distros have already stopped supporting 32 bit (almost for a couple of years now). Windows has stopped supporting 32 bit editions as of this year as well. Same goes for arm hard float (v7).
Users wanting to run sumokoin on unsupported systems should build for themselves.
32 bit and or very old gcc compatibility is very hard to retain
