I've break apart some meshes likely caused this flickering, and it's gone. So... even if this is a bad practice, I leave them be this time for this project for the sake of art. If that makes sense!
Well turns out they were also a cause of the long startup loading/freeze. Too much cost for subtle visual gains, so reduced them anyway.
Some of them were outright removed, some of them are now hidden.
Abusing reflection probes causing flickering in some corner of the house.
I should reduce the number of the probes and place them more strategically.
