MStreamDownloader shows “time out” #2

Hi dear MStreamDownloader shows “time out” when i just run with CMD and not log in microsoft stream with Chrome before snipaste_20200818_210434 After i log in with chrome , MStreamDownloader shows "logged in" , but "unable to read cookies" snipaste_20200818_210239 snipaste_20200819_025453

So, what can i do? could u pls give some advice? thanks
