Plz add mute, unmute

This Plugin called BetterBan, not BetterMute.

I discussed the whole thing with my team. My team said it would be useful. I'm adding it to the V4 project.

I think that should be another plugin, since as you said, this plugin is called BetterBan, if you are going to add it, put an option so that it does not interfere with the others, since I already have one and I only want the ban

Mute can ne activated and unactivated. Default would be unactivated.

Mute will be added without Forms for the first time. Forms for muting will be implemented in V4.1.
