Add tlsmy.net to public suffix list #8

Hi,

you might consider adding tlsmy.net to the public suffix list at https://publicsuffix.org/. This list is used by Let's Encrypt to determine what domain the rate limit is applied to (https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/). By submitting a PR to https://github.com/publicsuffix/list, you basically tell Let's Encrypt and browsers that tlsmy.net is a so-called effective TLD (like e.g. co.uk, where the rate limit is not based on the uk label only).

I have considered this but haven't seen enough (or really any) uptake to justify its inclusion. See this thread in the Let's Encrypt forums: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/using-lets-encrypt-for-local-network-devices/101256/2

However, it seems like there's renewed interest in this project, so if people are actually using it, I will consider it.
