snapdragon: interface optic flow camera & hires camera #48

current state: With the hacky my_snap_cam_publisher.cpp node we get both optic flow and hires camera images within ros but currently not simultaniously (hard coded things in script, could be adapted easily). Christoph is currently writing a proper ros package out of that. I can either wait for his package or further adapt to get the functionality I need (publish both cameras, set exposure dynamically).

The Issue with the current state: timestamps appear irregular (see image). See how the camera is triggered currently and how the timestamps are assigned. Investigate if we can (or need to) put the cameras in snapshot mode and trigger manually.
