More flexible Sample Testshop #298

It would be cool if we could support more flexible TestShop in the SDK so it has more options configurable...

I will start out a draft for it pretty soon...

It should have:

Configurable checkout initialization to include more options
Checkout preview for a created order
Preferably demonstration of payment admin actions when order is completed

All in all we need to demonstrate full functionality of the SDK

We have started some work on this, too.

I have pushed a working branch that can be worked upon on. Will start work again next week, as soon as we're done with some more urgent matter regarding SDK.
