Unable to compile generated project when a file is created with more than 1-level depth #9

Describe the bug
When
cbt compile-project
is invoked aftercbt create-file sample/a/b
then we get the following error:We don't get the above error if
cbt create-file sample/a
is invoked, i.e. a file with 1-level depth.cbt

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
cbt create-project sample-project
cd
intosample-project
cbt create-file sample/a/b
cbt compile-project
Expected behaviour (optional)
The user-created project should compile.
