increased buffer size #2

Buffer size was increased in order to accomodate more byres comming from the sensor @shaun-edwards please review

Note that the message data is still incorrect beyond the vehicle pose. The pose is the critical piece now, but eventually will probably want to get the target and scan data right.

+1...merging into integration branch for now. Logged a bug #3 for the larger issue.
