Adding in error checking for ~power command and lots of back-end changes #47
Moved error handling into its own cog
Created custom error classes, not really needed right now but good foundation
Added error handling to ~power command
Moved ~power command components into seperate coroutines
Changed ~power command to take String for class name instead of integer of character
