Come up with some plan to handle rotation pinnacles such as Iron Banner and event pinnacles #55
Probable course of action:
Need to add a check to look for bounties for the player that have pinnacle rewards (assuming I can view that without the player logging in) and then add info on those to the DB to crossreferenece. Can investigate during the week of Iron Banner.
