Default URL to connect to JAMA must be updated to the new cloud instance #117

The form that appears when the user wants to log in JAMA, provides a default URL that now is set to the old on-premises instance and that after Jama migration to the cloud, shall be replaced by : https://werfen.jamacloud.com/login.req
