Additional changes

Step Types:

Support steps type as Action
By default, it will be considered as Expected Result
All the subsequent Actions are concatenated until there's a Expected Result
Nested steps are indicated with an identation

Number of Step:

All the steps with Expected Result must have a step number
The number of Step must start from 1 for each Test Case

Status:

1 row per Expected Result with the status.
In case the step has only Action, the status won't be displayed.

Remove the words "Action" and "Expected Result" to keep it clear.

Set TC as passed only when the status is passed. By default, it will be failed.
