Increase limit testruns in cycle #44

Get all the Test Runs in a Test Cycle. Refer to #43

39 is also fixed.

A stress test was performed in the Synapse environment. As a result, 1589 json and 522 test cases were loaded. Attached are pdf files reported by Allure and snapshots of jama's evidence.
