Image/Dall-E dialogue drops prompt #63

Currently, if I input a prompt in the input area and click send, it shows my prompt – until it gets replaced with the response of the model. Rarely, my prompt remains. Please change this behaviour such that the prompt remains always visible.

Bug fixed in v2.2.20
