I can't use any /yabm commands unless I open to lan and turn cheats on..... can that get changed so the command works without cheats if in sp, and if not can it be configurable so that I can set whether or not I should need to be OP to use the command (effectively giving it much more use in SP)

szernex commented 10 years ago

Hm, that's an interesting issue and certainly a bug and not intended behaviour, the commands should only require OP in MP worlds/on servers. In SP worlds you shouldn't have to do anything to be able to use the commands. Do you have some info about your MC/Forge installation?

Hmm, I fear that doesn't tell me too much. What version of Forge and FML is being used and do you have a log from when you're trying to start a normal single player world?

screwnut111 commented 10 years ago

The forge is 1207 And I'll get a log as soon as I can

here's a log of typing /yamb startbackup then leaving

szernex commented 10 years ago

Sadly this log doesn't tell me anything, at least I can't find any messages from my mod there. I have never used the technic launcher so I don't know if it's a problem with that or something else. I have a simple Forge 10.13.0.1180 for 1.7.10 installation for testing it. Just drop it in the mods folder and it should be good to go.

Ok, so it works fine with the recommended forge, but not with the latest build. (sorry for the time it took to do that test, I was out of town)

szernex commented 9 years ago

Okay thanks for the info, I'll take a look at it and try to fix it soon

I just looked and it seems Forge 10.13.0.1180 is still the current recommended version so unless you very badly need the latest version I'd ask you to use the recommended one for now.

I will, thanks a bunch
