Choose timezone on the frontend #76

Adds support for picking the timezone from the frontend.

A current issue - due to scry path parsing timezones with more than 1 slash are not handled properly (and even the handling for the single slash timezones is a hack). At the very least a more consistent hack can be developed. ^ an example of a timezone that does work is America/New_York and one that doesn't work would be America/Kentucky/Louiville
