Consolidated branch consisting of #117 and #119. Updates include:

A temporary fix for workbench moderation support (full fix documented in a separate issue).
Documentation and patches to make workbench moderation revisions work with Paragraphs.

Closes #117 #119

Closing, as this and many other things have been addressed via #132.
