Pipwin to install JPype #12

Pipwin looks like it can imported like any other Python library and used to install jpype. Perhaps the Thonny plugin can use pipwin to install jpype the same way it uses install-jdk to install java 17?

I'm assuming (hoping) the JPype devs sort this one out soon-ish ...
