Update Tact support in Helix once reversing of the queries comes through

All queries are already reversed locally, it's only a matter of time for the Helix upstream to reverse the query order as well.

Once that happens, I'll make a PR to helix-editor/helix with:

• new queries
• excluding locals.scm
• bump of grammar git revision tag
• new configuration options in languages.toml (See: https://docs.helix-editor.com/master/languages.html#language-configuration)
