add circuit-benchmark back and fix compiling issue #169

circuit-benchmark is needed by CI. meanwhile updating taiko super circuit bench which needs a newer snark-verifier. need testing.

It's because PSE upgraded from yul to sol. The purpose is to make the contract code somehow readable, although I don't think someone will really read it.
